Consulting

Trompenaars Hampden-Turner works with all business implications of Culture. Our tailored solutions are based on your organization’s needs and leveraged from our intellectual capital captured in our databases and incorporated in the solutions we offer to our clients. We identify the key challenges your organization faces and provide solutions to overcome tensions resulting from competing viewpoints and priorities.

Training

Achieving cross-cultural competence is about you and your organization. It is about your leadership, management and your people, individually and in groups. There is much to learn for everyone. Hence, a personal investment of time and effort is needed to internalize new ideas, attitudes and approaches. As well as face-to-face training in workshops, we also offer e-learning as either remote self-paced learning or as blended learning combined with workshops

Licensing

Trompenaars Hampden-Turner certifies individual consultants, trainers, facilitators and coaches to use its proprietary tools, including the Intercultural Awareness Profiler (IAP) and Culture Compass OnLine (CCOL). The supported online technical process allows trainers and licensees to create their own passwords, and monitor or download the user profiles online, giving greater flexibility and autonomy when working with your clients.
